    CWWB-10KV / 2000-4000A indoor and outdoor copper conductor high voltage wall bushing

    I. Overview

    High-voltage through-wall bushings (hereinafter referred to as bushings) are suitable for three-phase AC system power stations and substation power distribution devices with rated voltage (10 to 35) kV and frequency (15 to 60) Hz. Boards, walls or other grounding objects are used for insulation support and fixed connection between external conductors (busbars).

    Use of environmental conditions
    1) Indoor casing
    Ambient temperature is not higher than + 40 ° C, not lower than -40 ° C
    Altitude does not exceed l000m
    Relative average monthly humidity is not more than 90%
    The surrounding air should be free from corrosive or flammable gas, water vapor, etc.
    No repetitive severe vibration

    2) Outdoor casing
    Ambient temperature is not higher than + 40 ° C and not lower than -40 ° C;
    The altitude does not exceed l000m;
    Wind speed is not greater than 34m / s
    The degree of air pollution in the environment in which the product is used is divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, etc. according to GB / T5582;
    No repetitive severe vibration

    Application and classification

    Wall-through porcelain bushings are used in power distribution devices and high-voltage electrical appliances in power stations and substations. They allow wires to pass through grounded partitions, walls or enclosures of electrical equipment, and support conductive parts to insulate them from the ground or the enclosure.
    Wall-through porcelain bushings can be divided into indoor and outdoor wall-through porcelain bushings according to their use environment. According to the different conductors passing through its center, it can be divided into busbar wall-through porcelain bushings, copper conductor wall-through porcelain bushings and aluminum conductor wall-through porcelain bushings.
    When the copper conductor is directly connected to the busbar, it is easy to cause galvanic corrosion. The temperature of the contact surface is too high, which will cause the connector to burn out and affect the life of the equipment. Therefore, a copper-aluminum transition joint should be used, but it will bring trouble to the site construction. Sleeve can solve the above problems.
    Indoor and outdoor wall-mounted porcelain bushings are assembled from porcelain parts, conductive rods, metal attachments at both ends, and mounting flanges. Busbar wall porcelain bushings are assembled from porcelain, metal accessories at both ends, busbar clamps and mounting flanges (busbar clamps are usually customized by the user according to bus size).
    The performance of the wall-through porcelain bushing complies with the requirements of GB12944.1 "High-pressure Wall-through Porcelain Bushing Technical Conditions".

    4. Model description

    Five, installation and use instructions

    1. Wall-piercing porcelain bushings are suitable for power station and substation power distribution devices with a power frequency AC rated power below 40.5kv, the ambient temperature around the installation site is -40 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃, and the altitude does not exceed 1000m.
    2. Indoor wall bushings are not suitable for places that have a destructive effect on the enamel, metal accessories and cement cement of the bushings or are sufficient to reduce the electrical properties of the bushings.
    3. If there is a partial discharge phenomenon during the operation of the wall-through porcelain bushing, check whether there is a local shedding of the sprayed aluminum layer at the flange or inner cavity of the porcelain bushing, and take temporary pressure equalization measures if necessary.
    4. The wall hole for installing the busbar through-wall porcelain bushing should be opened according to the maximum size of its flange stiffener.
